Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, contact us at trendpulsemillennium@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Final Sale Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened earbuds and headphones
- Opened power banks
- Clearance or heavily discounted items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Even final sale items may be returned if they arrive defective or damaged — please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or forwarded to our supplier. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [your support email] with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our return process above.
